Generator Installation in Lutz, FL
Lutz properties with big trees, lakes and wells feel every outage. Electrical Professionals of Florida installs standby generators in Lutz with proper sizing, an automatic transfer switch, permits and a tested startup so your home stays powered through the storm.
Why Backup Power Matters Here
Lutz has a country feel close to the city, with acreage properties, lakes and established neighborhoods alongside newer construction. Many homes rely on wells and septic systems, and mature oaks are a common cause of downed lines during summer storms and tropical weather. When the power goes out, that can mean no water, no AC and a refrigerator full of food at risk. A standby generator turns on by itself and keeps the essentials running until power is restored.
How We Size and Install Your Generator
On larger Lutz lots, the best spot for a generator may be some distance from the panel, so we plan the wiring run and placement together. We size the system to your real load, from essential circuits like the well pump, fridge and AC to a whole-home setup, and install an automatic transfer switch to keep power from back-feeding the grid. We follow manufacturer and code clearances, coordinate the fuel supply with your propane or gas provider, pull the permit and test everything before we leave.
